Can I change the VM or SQL resources from the numbers mentioned above?

You’re a details kind of person, we get it, so are we. If you find yourself needing more than those resources mentioned above we can customize the specifications of any of these packages to match your performance needs.

Is support included?

Support for your Rock infrastructure is included in the hosting costs of Cloud 9. Support for your Rock application (workflows, reporting, check-in, custom development, etc.) is not included, but can be handled through project work, or a support retainer. Discounts are offered on both of those services to churches who host on Cloud 9. Our real-time monitoring will alert you if we detect any infrastructure issues.

Can I use my Azure non-profit grant towards Cloud 9?

You cannot use your Azure non-profit grant to pay the monthly hosting costs for Cloud 9. If you’d like to keep using that credit on your own Azure Subscription and have 9 Embers manage your Rock infrastructure, please reach out to us via our contact form for pricing.
