The partnership with 9 Embers has been a huge win for our church. It genuinely feels like we have backup—they’re an extension of our tech team supporting Rock for our staff and end users. They’re approachable, quick to respond, and we always feel comfortable asking questions and talking things through, no matter how complex or straightforward. What we appreciate most is how well they listen to our goals and then deliver a solid solution that actually fits what we’re trying to accomplish!
