Recurring Meetings

You’ll meet regularly with a dedicated team member to review priorities, talk through open items, and decide what should move next.

Requests, updates, questions, and next steps are tracked in Asana so both teams can see what is active, what is waiting, and what has been completed.

Task-Level Time Tracking

Hours are tracked by task so your team can understand where time is going and how support hours are being used.
